From there, our instructors will craft a customized 6 or 12-week plan tailored specifically to your goals. With weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and adapt your plan as needed, you’ll receive the ongoing support necessary to stay accountable and motivated. Following an initial assessment, you will receive a comprehensive 6 or 12-week plan tailored to your specific goals. The program includes weekly check-ins via phone or email, based on your preference, to ensure ongoing support and progress.

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, increased energy, improvement on your run game, or simply maintaining a balanced lifestyle, FitFuel provides a structured plan to help you achieve measurable results.

Weekly Check-Ins:

Every week, you’ll have the opportunity to check in with our instructor via phone or email.  These sessions are crucial for discussing progress, addressing challenges, and making any necessary adjustments to your plan.
